Cindy Mellema is the heart behind Senior Care by Design, LLC bringing warmth, dedication, and over a decade of experience to her mission of helping seniors live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes.

A wife, mom of two boys, and proud pet parent to two dogs and a bird, Cindy knows the value of a loving home and the importance of feeling safe and supported in it. She married her high school sweetheart, and together they’ve built a life centered around family and community.

Cindy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 2006 and has since devoted her career to supporting individuals and families through life’s transitions. With a passion for organization, a natural ability to connect with others, and a strong belief in aging with independence, she brings a compassionate, personal touch to every client relationship.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Cindy waterskiing, gardening, enjoying the outdoors, or preparing healthy meals for her family—living the very lifestyle she encourages others to maintain.
