Cindy is the heart behind Senior Care by Design, bringing a thoughtful, personal approach to non-medical senior care. With a degree in Early Childhood Education, Cindy has spent her life supporting others through patience, structure, and genuine connection—skills that translate naturally into caring for seniors.

Cindy is deeply passionate about helping people in meaningful, practical ways. She believes quality care is built on trust, consistency, and understanding each person’s unique needs and routines. This philosophy is what sets Senior Care by Design apart from traditional agency care.

Family and relationships are at the center of Cindy’s life. She is married to her high school sweetheart and is a proud mom of two boys. At home, she is also surrounded by her two dogs and a bird, reinforcing her love for companionship and care in all its forms.

In her spare time, Cindy enjoys walking dogs, gardening, paddle boarding, and waterskiing with her family—activities that reflect her energetic, nurturing, and hands-on nature.
